Program 1

Children

These sessions revolve around constructive play, which gains
their trust resulting in that special teacher/student relationship.

Through small class sizes we provide individual attention and make sure that the lessons are tailored to our swimmers’ needs and abilities. Lessons are kept fun to encourage a productive learning environment and to ensure a real love and enjoyment of the water! For each stage of the Swimmer’s Journey there are certificates and badges to collect to keep our swimmers motivated and enthusiastic about their swimming achievements!.

Program 2

Adult Nervous

This is great program to deal with peoples who have water phobia or
had past experience which leads you to develop fear of water!

Learning to swim as an adult takes tremendous courage and determination and the sense of achievement is wonderful for both teacher and swimmer. If you have a fear of the water, hypnotism can be a fantastic way to overcome this fear. our qualified coach will provide you best training session design carefully to overcome you fear.

Program 3

Adult Beginner

Always wanted to learn to swim?
Want to become more comfortable in the water?
Then our Adult Beginner classes are for you!

Learn the very basics of swimming in the quiet environment of a private, warm pool. The teacher will discuss exactly what you aim to achieve from your lessons and tailor their teaching to suit your needs – whether that’s learning to float, safe entry into the water, feeling confident with your face in the water or overcoming a bad experience.

Program 4

Intermediate Lesson

Happy and comfortable in the water?
Want to start learning the strokes?
Then our Adult Confident Beginner classes are for you!

Our intermediate lessons are tailor-made for your needs. The teacher of each class will discuss exactly what you aim to achieve from your lessons and tailor their teaching to suit you – whether that’s practicing unaided swimming or focusing on the technique and body position required for the very basics of each stroke. The sense of achievement is wonderful for both teacher and swimmer.

Advanced lesson

Are you a competent swimmer?
Want to refine your strokes and improve your technique?
Then our Adult advanced lesson are for you!.

Advanced lessons, are tailor-made for your needs. The teacher of each class will discuss exactly what you aim to achieve from your lessons and tailor their teaching to suit you – whether that’s to build on your stoke technique until you are swimming streamlined and efficiently, to concentrate on increasing your speed, stamina and style, or to learn how to turn at the end of the pool so you don’t feel the need to stop after each length and to maintain rhythm.

Swim fit lesson

Do you want to take swimming to the next level as fitness journey?
Are you not big fan of gym?
Then our swim fit lesson is for you!

Under the watchful eye of our ASCA qualified teachers, adults who wants to swim for fitness, receive stroke improvement tips and increase stamina through aqua aerobics. The instructors will set an appropriate programme for each weekly class which not only strengthens current skills. Advanced lessons, are tailor-made for your needs. The teacher of each class will discuss exactly what you aim to achieve from your lessons and tailor their teaching to suit you – whether that’s to build on your stoke technique until you are swimming streamlined and efficiently, to concentrate on increasing your speed, stamina and style, or to learn how to turn at the end of the pool so you don’t feel the need to stop after each length and to maintain rhythm.

Swim for Rehab

Do you have injuries which requires activates?
Do have any condition that limits you from intense work out?
Then swim for rehab is for you!

his day’s most of the work we used to do physically have shifted to computer or AI due to technological evolution the nature of our daily routine have faced lack physical activity. Therefore we human being have grown in to artificial life style lead by technological advancement like driving car to work and use lift up to office and ordering artificially process fast food and consumed a lot of calories but no physical activity to burn reserved calories this dynamic change of life weakens our body strength and left us vulnerable for injury when sudden movement occurs. If your one of the victim we will help your journey with water base scientifically proven aqua aerobics training.
